Raw Longjaw Mud Snappers can be caught by fishing in the waters of Ashenvale, Darnassus, Darkshore, Dun Morogh, Elwynn Forest, Hillsbrad Foothills, Loch Modan, Mulgore, Redridge Mountains, Stonetalon Mountains, The Barrens, Tirisfal Glades, Westfall, as well as the waters in the capital cities.
The required fishing skill for these fish is one, however the real requirement depends on the fishing location, since caught fish are not distinguished by skill level but by the body of water they reside in. For example, in Mulgore Raw Longjaw Mud Snappers can be caught at any skill level, however in Ashenvale the ability to fish requires a skill level of 55 and thus the level requirement rises for that body of water.
