Razaani Spell-Thief can be found in Blade's Edge Mountains.

Patches and hotfixesEdit

Before patch 2.1 they used to drop the enchant [Formula: Enchant Weapon - Major Spellpower].

From the 2.1 PTR patch notes:

"[Enchant Weapon- "Major Spellpower]" enchant has been stolen from the Razaani spell thieves by the Bash'ir spell thieves. The Bash'ir are more likely to have the recipe than the Razaani previously did, however." [1]
