Recipe: Thistle Tea is an item with two versions. The standard version is Bind on Pickup, but there is also a transferable version that is exceedingly rare as it is no longer obtainable.

This item can be purchased for 2 from Smudge Thunderwood <Poison Supplies> in Hillsbrad Foothills after completing one of the quests below.

Note: This item is available to Rogues only, as it is a Rogue only quest.
Background
Quest reward copies of this recipe earned by rogues before Patch 1.3.0 were not Bind on Pickup, and if someone still has an unused copy in their inventory it would still be transferable to another character.
Patch changes
- Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): When the item also became available via a rogue only vendor, new copies were Bind on Pickup effectively limiting it to rogues.
