Recipe: Thistle Tea is an item with two versions. The standard version is Bind on Pickup, but there is also a transferable version that is exceedingly rare as it is no longer obtainable.

This item can be purchased for 2 from Smudge Thunderwood <Poison Supplies> in Hillsbrad Foothills after completing one of the quests below.

This item is also a quest reward from:

Note: This item is available to Rogues only, as it is a Rogue only quest.

BackgroundEdit

Quest reward copies of this recipe earned by rogues before Patch 1.3.0 were not Bind on Pickup, and if someone still has an unused copy in their inventory it would still be transferable to another character.

Patch changesEdit

• Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07):
  • Smudge Thunderbrew in Ravenholdt Manor now sells the recipe for Thistle Tea to those rogues who completed the quest and inadvertently destroyed their recipes.
  • This item now binds on pickup.
