Prior to Cataclysm, Red Jack Flint was a level 22 quest giver located in Menethil Keep in Menethil Harbor, in the Alliance-aligned zone of Wetlands.

Since the Cataclysm, he wanders the docks reminiscing with  Bart Tidewater <Captain of the Maiden's Virtue>.
