Regeneration is a racial that trolls can utilize to heal their health naturally 10% faster than other races or classes. This is a useful ability for combat as it heals you for a while, so in a raid you could avoid damage for several minutes then your health would come back faster than everyone else's (Do consider healers will most likely heal you making this statement void.)
