Reginald Arcfire is the steam-powered auctioneer (programmed with a superiority chip) in Dalaran's Like Clockwork Engineering Shop and Sunreaver's Sanctuary. He can only be seen by Horde players, allowing them to access their faction's Auction House.

Patch changes

• Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): All horde players can access the Auction House now via this NPC. 
  
•  Hotfix (2009-08-05): "Reginald Arcfire will no longer grant Horde players access to the Alliance auction house."
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009): Added - only Grand Master engineers may use this NPC to access the Auction House.
