The Regrowth is the recovery of the plants and animals in the Mount Hyjal region from the devastation of the Shattering cause by Deathwing, the efforts of his minions in the Twilight's Hammer clan, and the encroachment of the Firelands into Azeroth. This effort was aided by adventurers recruited by Malfurion Stormrage and his allies.
