This item drops from all the bosses in the Vault of Archavon on heroic mode. Drop rate is Extremely Low (1% - 2%)

NotesEdit

Unlike the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth, the Grand Black War Mammoth does not carry any vendors, although it can still hold 2 passengers.

Patch changes Edit

Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): This mount is no longer considered a vehicle.
            Now fully a mount, with fall damage, instant mount/dismount, and swimming ability.
