Rejuvenation is a Heal over Time spell for druids, and is one of the earliest spells to become available to the class. The spell is not very mana efficient when first learned, but it scales very well with talents and spell power, and at higher levels it is a highly efficient healing spell. The spell maintains a 12 second duration from level 4 to 79, but has a 15 second duration at level 80.

Improvements
Talents
- Genesis increases the amount of healing done by 5%. Improved Rejuvenation increases the healing done by a further 15%. Gift of Nature increases the healing done by another 10%.
- Moonglow reduces the mana cost by 9%.
- Nature's Splendor increases the duration by 3 seconds, adding one additional tick at full strength. This results in a significant increase in the total healing done by the spell.
- Subtlety reduces the threat caused by the spell by 30% and reduces the chance that it will be dispelled by 30%.
- Empowered Rejuvenation increases the benefit the spell gains from spell power by 20%. Note that this is a 20% increase to the amount gained; it does not mean that Rejuvenation gains an additional 20% of your spell power.
- Revitalize gives Rejuvenation ticks a 15% chance to restore 8 energy, 4 rage, 1% mana, or 16 runic power to the target.
- Gift of the Earthmother reduces the global cooldown from casting Rejuvenation by 20%.
- Tree of Life reduces the mana cost by 20%. This applies both in and out of Tree of Life Form.

Notes
- The real strength of Rejuvenation is how well it scales with spell power, not the base spell itself. Until you start getting gear from Outland with significant amounts of spell power, Rejuvenation will do less healing per mana than both [Regrowth] and [Healing Touch] even fully talented.
- How much benefit Rejuvenation gains from your spell power depends on a number of factors, including talents, the presence of [Improved Devotion] or [Tree of Life] Aura with the stronger effect being counted and the rank of the spell. The final amount of healing over the base duration may be computed as following:
(BaseHealing + BaseNumberOfTicks/5 * (1 - RankingPenalty) * (1 + 0.04 * [EmpRejuv] rank) * 1.88 * HealingSpellpower) * (1 + 0.02 * [GoN] rank + 0.01 * [Genesis] rank + 0.05 * [ImpRejuv] rank) * (1 + 0.02 * [MSS] rank) * (1 + AuraHealingIncrease%).
- Example: With maximum benefits acquired a rank 15 Rejuvenation spell cast at level 80 may heal for 2421.973 + 323.312% of your healing spellpower as displayed in your character's paperdoll. A rank 10 Rejuvenation cast at level 80 however would incur a penalty[1] of 75% to its spellpower coefficient in addition to only having a base number of ticks of 4 instead of 5, thus it will only heal for 1083.439 + 64.662% of your spellpower in this case.
Under development
Here are some things the development team has been saying about possible Patch 3.3.0 changes to Rejuvenation:
We changed [Gift of the Earthmother] because it was a problematic talent, as I'm sure many of you could agree. It's one thing when class mechanics make a stat less optimal for you. It's another when a talent totally stomps over a stat that shows up on a lot of gear.
We want [Nourish] to be a good spell, yes, but I think it has been for some time. None of these changes will kill Rejuv either.
To be honest, we may revert the Rejuv nerf. This isn't 100% finalized yet, so please don't say we promised anything.
We definitely wanted to nerf Rejuv. However we also wanted to fix Gift of the Earth Mother. That change wasn't necessarily aimed at further nerfing druids, even though that was the outcome. It was aimed at not making haste such a wonky stat for Resto.
In short, we think the GotEM change both nerfed druids and fixed the haste scaling problem so the Rejuv duration nerf may not be necessary. Stay tuned.References

Patch changes
- Patch 3.3.0 (PTR):
- Rank 15 of this spell was providing a 15-second duration. It has been correctly reduced to 12 seconds.
- [Gift of the Earthmother]: Redesigned. This talent now increases spell haste by 2/4/6/8/10% instead of its previous effect.
- Patch 3.2.2 (2009-09-22): "The coefficient is 0.376 for both ranks, and in fact all ranks." (Source)
