Remote Mail Terminal was an item that existed during the Burning Crusade beta. The schematic [Schematic: Remote Mail Terminal] was a world drop item.
It was removed before the live version due to the outgoing mail disappearing from these remote mailboxes. Plans to introduced this item back into the game might happen when the problem is fixed.
