Remote Mail Terminal was an item that existed during the Burning Crusade beta. The schematic [Schematic: Remote Mail Terminal] was a world drop item.
It was removed before the live version due to the outgoing mail disappearing from these remote mailboxes, with plans to re-introduce this item when the problem was fixed.
