Removed AddOns

These AddOns have been removed from the Cosmos package for various reasons. Lack of updates, default UI now replaces functionality, or new AddOns have replaced their functionality. In "most" cases you will not lose functionality by the removal of these AddOns as they are replaced in some way. By not removing them from your AddOns folder, it may have adverse affects on their replacements.
