SI:7 has a salvage diver named Renn McGill, a level 37 quest giver located in the ocean off Dreadmurk Shore^{[63, 17]}

in the contested territory of Dustwallow Marsh. He's been working out of Theramore for some time. When he heard about a recent shipwreck directly north of Theramore Isle, Renn went north to dive near the islands the Defias now occupy to find anything worth salvaging.
