Resourcefulness is a 3 rank hunter talent starting at level 35, requiring 25 points in Survival talents.

Resourcefulness reduces the mana cost of all traps and melee abilities by 20-60% and reduces the cooldown of all traps by 2-6 sec. Black Arrow counts as a trap for this.
