Rethilgore <The Cell Keeper> is a level 20 elite worgen found in Shadowfang Keep.
Rethilgore is the first mini-boss that players will encounter in Shadowfang Keep. He guards the cells of both 
Deathstalker Adamant and 
Sorcerer Ashcrombe which players will need to progress further into the keep.
Strategy
Rethilgore is not very hard to kill. He will cast Soul Drain, which deals about 170-200 Shadow Damage. Easiest way to beat him is to just bring him down with attacks and spells. Look out for worgs and wolves around him. They are weak so kill them quickly and finish Rethingore.
