- Permanently inserts reticulated armor webbing into gloves, increasing armor by 250.
Attaching the armor webbing causes the gloves to become soulbound. An Engineering skill of 400 is required to keep the webbing active. - 5 sec cast
Reticulated Armor Webbing is an engineer-only permanent "enchant" to gloves. This item takes the same "spot" as an enchant from Enchanting.
