Rickety Magic Broom is a mount which offers no speed bonus that players can ride around on. Despite the incorrect tooltip it lasts until the end of Hallows End and does not disappear after a single use.

This item is dropped by the level 11 Headless Horsemen once he is defeated in his attacks on the small towns. Also found inside Smashed Pumpkin Loot. See Hallow's End for details.
