Summary
Riders on the Storm is a level in Exodus of the Horde. It was cut out of the full game with just the tutorial levels left. However in the Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, Blizzard made a custom campaign which was the demo version of Exodus of the Horde. In the Frozen Throne version, the voices were cut out.
Plot
After making it half way to Kalimdor, the Horde land on the Maelstrom island, which has a Loaderon Summer tile-set, while the Night Elf expansion missions in this island has a Sunken Ruins tile-set. The Shamans detect something and find Troll Eye Staffs. They then meet the Trolls and their leader. The Orcs and the Trolls set up a base and defend themselves from the Humans. Afterwards Thrall is tasked by a Troll to find nuts to purify a dirty Healing Fountain. The Orcs and Trolls later assault the Humans and kill the Archmage. Before managing to destroy the whole camp, Murlocs appear and net the Humans, Trolls, and Orcs. They take them to a Cave.
