Rin'ji is a level 46 quest giver located in a cage inside Quel'Danil Lodge in the contested territory of the Hinterlands. Even though he (like the rest of his tribe) are enemies of the Horde, Rin'ji is not only friendly to Horde members, but is also flagged as a Horde member himself.
