Ring of Entropy is an epic ring that is no longer available in the game.

This item dropped from Lord Kazzak in the Blasted Lands, prior to Patch 2.0.3, and then, during the Dark Portal Opens event, from Highlord Kruul (who had the same loot table). Now, however, it is unobtainable.
