Ring of the Kirin Tor is an item purchase achievement, similar to My Sack is "Gigantique".
Strategy
Harold Winston sells these rings in the jewelcrafter's hut in Dalaran. They are prohibitively expensive without gaining exalted status with the Kirin Tor faction.
