Rokaro is a Champion of the Horde and located in Shadowprey Village within Desolace. According to the quest The Champion of the Horde given by Thrall, Rokaro was a companion of Rexxar, the original NPC in the Horde's Drakefire Amulet chain. After a series of patches before the release of Burning Crusade, Rexxar and his companion Misha were moved to the Thunderlord Stronghold in the Blade's Edge Mountains of Outland, and Rokaro took over Rexxar's duties.

He starts the following quests:
