Rokkar was an orc warrior who was Durotan's second in command on Draenor. He was ordered by his chieftain to tie up the Prophet Velen and confiscate the crystals he was carrying, Heart of Fury and Brilliant Star.^{RotH 165} He perished during an attack against a Draenei hunting party when the elements refused to assist the orcish attackers.^{RotH 200}
