Rolling Thunder (Passive) Passive When you deal damage with Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning while your Lightning Shield ability is active, you have a 60% chance to recover 2% of your mana and to generate an additional Lightning Shield charge, up to a maximum of 7 charges.

Rolling Thunder is a passive shaman ability learned at level 20 for those with the elemental specialization. While [Lightning Shield] is active, any damage dealt by [Lightning Bolt] or [Chain Lightning] gives a chance for the shaman to recover a small amount of mana and generate another charge of the Lightning Shield.
