Rotten Hallow is related to the seasonal world event Hallow's End. Completing this achievement is criteria for the meta achievement  [Hallowed Be Thy Name].

Patch changes

• Patch 4.2.2 (30-August-2011): Ruined Kegs and Stinking Up Southshore removed from game; replaced with new quests.
