Webster's Dictionary defines "rouge" as:

Any of various cosmetics for coloring the cheeks or lips red.
A red powder consisting essentially of ferric oxide used in polishing glass, metal, or gems and as a pigment.

Note the lack of anything regarding [Stealth], Pickpocketing, or high DPS. You would probably be more interested in reading about a rogue.

Note that you can have lots of fun with people in-game who use this word. "Rouge LFG" can be followed by something like "Wow, I didn't know that makeup enjoyed this game!" But this would not really work with any francophones around, as "rouge" is French for "red." Many others would not really understand, as rouge is not a common English word. The result would be either an unsatisfying nothing, something about a colour other than green or blue, or some remark or another indicating that your comment is unwelcome.
