Royal Dreadguards are elite Forsaken guards stationed in the Royal Quarter of the Undercity and act as the personal bodyguards of Lady Sylvanas Windrunner. They are level 80 elites and have 24,800 health. During Alliance raids, they can spawn in massive numbers if the nearby battlemasters aren't killed, usually resulting in a total wipe, as even 50 level 80s can't take massive amounts of these guys while engaging Varimathras and Sylvanas Windrunner at the same time.
