Item Info
This item was added in patch 2.4.3. There used to be a faction discount, but Haris Pilton is no longer part of the Lower City. These goggles resemble the [Rose Colored Goggles] built by engineers, which are much cheaper.
This item also offers no buff, much like the [Tuxedo Jacket].
