Rumstag Proudstrider <Horde Cloth Quartermaster> is a level 35 tauren quest giver located in the building with the armor merchants on the Middle Rise in the tauren city of Thunder Bluff.

He starts the following quests, each of which give Thunder Bluff (faction) reputation:

•  [60] A Donation of Silk (Thunder Bluff)
•  [60] A Donation of Mageweave (Thunder Bluff)
•  [60] A Donation of Runecloth (Thunder Bluff)
•  [60] Additional Runecloth (Thunder Bluff) (Repeatable)
