Converts 1 Blood Rune into 10% of your maximum health.
Rune Tap is a Death knight ability that allows the death knight to turn 1 blood rune into 10% of their maximum health. As of Patch 4.0.1, this is a must-have ability for Death Knight tanks as it ties closely with Will of the Necropolis.
