[24-32] Battle of Hillsbrad which starts with High Executor Darthalia in Tarren Mill in the Hillsbrad Foothills.

This reward is obtainable for 19 Twinks. This item cannot get TBC (Item level 35+) item enchants, but it is the highest DPS for a 2H obtainable for the 19 bracket.
