Rutherford Twing is a level 55 pvp rewards vendor located in Hammerfall in the contested territory of Arathi Highlands. He is the Forsaken Defilers' Supply Officer, and he stands outside the entrance to the Arathi Basin in the north part of town. Horde players can buy special items from him with honor points and Arathi Basin Marks of Honor.

Due to the level banding that occurs in battlegrounds, many of these items have multiple versions with the same name. For example, there are 4 versions of the Defiler's Cloth Girdle available at levels 28, 38, 48, and 58. Each one is more powerful than the next.
