He is on a 21 to 32 hour respawn timer.

He does not drop any worth-while loot, instead dropping trash like [Interlaced Pants]

Bloodlust (Nature) - Increases an ally's attack speed by 30% for 30 sec.

Lightning Bolt (Nature) - Blasts an enemy with lightning, inflicting Nature damage.
