Sacrificed Aspirants can be found dead near the freshly-resurrected Black Knight on his ledge at Deathspeaker's Watch in Icecrown. They are apparently being used to channel some kind of power in to the Knight. Most likely, the aspirants were led to the watch by Kul the Reckless and were too late for players to save during the daily quest You've Really Done It This Time, Kul (Alliance) / (Horde).
