Sahaak is a level 70 specialty goods vendor located in a building on the island in Blackwind Lake in the contested territory of Terokkar Forest. To be able to buy and trade with Sahaak, you need to do the quest A Shabby Disguise. You will be required to get an arakkoa disguise.
