Salamander Scale Pants are leather leg armor with intellect, stamina and fire resistance. They increase healing done by spells and restore mana every five seconds. These pants are definitely more competitive than Cenarion Leggings, and are regarded to be very slightly better than Stormrage Legguards (situationally).
