Nymn is level 55 blue dragon in the guise of a High elf in Everlook. He also sends adventures to report to his mother, Haleh, during the quest 'The Pursuit of Umbranse'. It's possible that he went to Everlook to oversee the mortals's actions near the Blue Dragonflight territory.
