Overview
Sanctified Judgement is a talent in the Retribution tree, you will need to spend 28 points in Retribution to max it.
Notes
Excellent talent for increasing mana efficiency for PvE grinding. A must have for long boss fights.
In PvP, this greatly reduces the cost of Judgement, giving you much higher mana efficiency in long fights where mana might usually be a problem.

In the PTR version of Patch 2.3.2 the talent was reworked, now returning 80% of the Seal's mana cost, increased from 50%.
