Sar'this can be found in Terokkar Forest ^{[44.8, 42.4]}. It seems that he has a pact with Illidari Lord Balthas where he gave him his blood, but still seems to owe him a favour. Maybe due to this he's called a heretic.

The Soul Cannon Edit

During the quest [70] The Soul Cannon of Reth'hedron, the character talks to Sar'this and gets its help to obtain the Flawless Arcane Essence.

Sar'this places a fetish at the ritual pile.

Sar'this says: The process is arduous. We must first summon forth acolytes of the elements. you must then destroy these acolytes so that my minions can make preparations.

Sar'this walks around the edge of Lake Jorune to cardinal compass points. At each stop, an elemental is summoned.
