Sara Balloo is a level 15 quest giver located in the Military Ward within the dwarf city of Ironforge.
Her name — and that of her late husband Sully Balloo — is a reference to Sullivan Ballou, a major in the Union Army during the American Civil War, who is remembered chiefly for the letter he wrote to his wife Sarah shortly before he died of wounds taken at the First Battle of Bull Run in July 1861.
She is the second part of the quest chain A King's Tribute.
