Saronite Animus spawns during the encounter with General Vezax. If you do not destroy any Saronite Vapors and allow the eight Saronite Vapors to spawn, once the eighth one spawns, they coalesce and become a Saronite Animus.

It will periodically cast Profound Darkness on the entire raid.
