Sauranok the Mystic is an orc located within Warsong Hold^{[41.6, 53.4]}

in Borean Tundra. After the Cataclysm, Sauranok can also be found within the new Grommash Hold^{[48.6, 72.8]}

alongside Garrosh Hellscream. During a short breadcrumb quest which leads to the Twilight Highlands, it is revealed that he is a traitor to the Horde, as he has foreseen the destruction of the world and has given up on the hope of victory.
