Tips
- This skill works on druids when they are in Bear form or Cat form. The druid may counter by using a stun ability or by shifting out before the hunter finish casting the spell. Given hunters have very few abilities with casting animation, it is very easy for a druid to avoid this spell.
- Even though the druid may shift out to avoid this spell, casting it may work to the hunter's advantage. The hunter may immediately Scatter Shot and Freeze Trap while the druid is in caster form. This allows the hunter to freeze the druid in a form in which they have the least armor.
Patch changes
Patch 2.4.2 (5/13/08): The range on this spell has been increased to 30 yards.
- Where the ability had a max range of 10 yards before.
