The Scarlet Cannon is used in the quest 
[55] Massacre At Light's Point to slaughter 200 Scarlet Fleet Defenders.
These six powerful cannons are attached to two vessels (three on each) moored at Light's Point in the Scarlet Enclave. Originally intended to defend the Scarlet Crusade from the Scourge, it became their undoing.
