Scarlet High Clerist

The Scarlet High Clerist is a level 63 elite rare mob human found in the Western Plaguelands. Usually by the Scarlet's Guard Tower outside their town of Hearthglen, he has a fairly strong Power Word: Shield and a very large greater heal spell.
