The Scarlet Onslaught were once the Scarlet Crusade, and have traveled to the Dragonblight of Northrend in their hopes of defeating the Lich King.[1]
And since they were formerly the Scarlet Crusade, do you believe they have changed their ways? ... This isn't anything specific, just something to ponder. ;-)

Three of the people shown in the Hall of Champions died during a Scarlet expedition to Northrend, so their base may be left over from that. Players will violently meet the Scarlet Onslaught, so it is unlikely they will be a friendly faction in any way.[2] The size of their town hints they are hostile, as larger bases are generally for questing and functional towns are generally smaller.
