Any mob in the Sunwell Plateau has a chance to drop this, droprate is estimated around 0.02%. Currently these goggles are even better than Tier 6 items, thus making the schematic sell for very high prices in AH. Even as high prices as 35 000 gold have been reported on few realms, usually going for over 4000g.
