The Scout's Tabard is a special Horde PvP tabard obtained from Horde Accessories Quartermasters. The red tabard displays a white horde symbol in the middle with orange fire marks and designs around it. To get the tabard, players must be at least level 20 (in order to satisfy the requirement for Arathi Basin marks of honor).
