Details
Screech is an ability for Hunters to teach their pets. It does physical damage to a single target and applies a debuff that lowers the attack power of all nearby enemies. The AoE debuff of screech has an innate threat value built into it, making Screech a powerful tool for pet-tanking multiple mobs. Allow 4 applications of Screech, and then nearby targets can be shot with a Hunter's Multi-Shot without getting aggro.

Usability
This ability is highly important in End Game raids, though underappreciated. It can cut some 8% of the *melee* damage that a level 73 boss can inflict on the tank. It's aoe nature makes this ability shine when trying to alleviate the role of palas when multi-tanking. In "End Game Raids" this ability can be powerful. Note that the different ranks of screech stack with each other which allows the use of two owls utilizing the two highest-ranks of screech respectively for a total of an aoe effect of -310 attack power. Dps-wise, even though this ability doesn't inflict as much damage as pet-abilities like `bite' it's reduced cost in focus (only 20 focus instead of 35 for `bite') make it a viable alternative.
