Usage and Levels

This item is only effective until level 70. After this, instead of acting as a hearthstone, the scroll will take you to a random location. As such, it isn't recommended to use this scroll after level 70. Use Scroll of Recall III instead.

Recall failure

When used above the proper level, you will get teleported to a not-quite-random, but generally safe, location.
