Scrooge is related to the seasonal world event, the Feast of Winter Veil. Completing this achievement is criteria for the meta achievement  [Merrymaker].

Locations

Baine Bloodhoof^{[59.8, 51.6]} can be found at the former seat of his father within Thunder Bluff.

 [Snowballs] can be found within snow piles in a variety of locations, including Alterac Mountains and Winterspring.
